1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AuxiliarAI website, assessment and report generation services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Aterna Group Oy ("AuxiliarAI", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or if you are authorised to act on behalf of a company or organisation.

3. Service description

AuxiliarAI provides tools to collect information about your business and generate AI-assisted analysis and strategy reports. Reports are generated automatically using AI models based on the information you provide and our internal knowledge base.

The Service is intended to support your own decision-making. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax or compliance advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your use of the Service and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access or use of your account.

5. Orders, pricing and refunds

Certain parts of the Service, such as full AI reports, are provided on a paid basis. The applicable prices and available tiers are shown on the website and may change from time to time.

When you place an order, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable amount. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable once the report generation process has started, except where required by applicable law. 6. Licence and use of reports

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the reports and other outputs generated by the Service for your own internal business purposes.

You may not resell, publicly distribute or offer the reports as a standalone product or service without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts or related systems.
• Reverse engineer, copy or circumvent any technical limitations of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

8. Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including the underlying software, design, trademarks and content, remain with AuxiliarAI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you other than the limited licence to use the Service and outputs as set out above.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and all outputs (including reports) are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any report or other output will be complete, accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and the reports, and for any decisions made based on them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuxiliarAI and its owners, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including introducing new features or changing pricing. Where changes are material and affect paid features, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the latest changes were made. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example by email or a notice in the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of them.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
